Inspired by the celebrated ‘conservas’ tradition of Spain and Portugal, Sea Sisters carefully preserves premium-quality fish using artisanal methods. Founded by Charlotte Dawe and Angus Cowen, the brand started as a lockdown kitchen project and has since grown into a craft cannery in West Dorset, producing award-winning tinned seafood.
