Sea Sisters Cornish Hake, Capers & Rosemary

£10.00

Product Description

Sustainably Sourced | Hand-Crafted | British Conservas

Experience the best of British fishing with Artisanal Hake with Capers & Garlic. Packed in small batches, this conserva is a testament to artisanal preserves. Enjoy the perfect combination of fragrant rosemary and robust garlic with every bite.

Sea Sisters’ Cornish Hake is wild-caught off the Cornish coast, then carefully preserved in olive oil with capers and rosemary. The result is a light, flaky fish with a bright, savoury depth, perfect for enjoying straight from the tin, tossed through salads, or served with crusty bread.

Sea Sisters is committed to responsible fishing and aquaculture, ensuring the highest quality while protecting marine ecosystems. This hake is line-caught off the Cornish coast, supporting small-scale, low-impact fisheries that prioritise the health of marine habitats.

Founded by Charlotte Dawe and Angus Cowen, Sea Sisters works closely with fisheries that use sustainable practices, ensuring each tin is responsibly sourced. Inspired by the ‘conservas’ tradition of Spain and Portugal, their award-winning tinned seafood is produced using time-honoured techniques at their craft cannery in West Dorset.

The hake is gently cured in a fragrant blend of capers and rosemary, infusing the fish with a subtle citrusy brininess and warm, woody notes. The infused oil is perfect for drizzling over dishes or dipping with fresh bread.
