Product Description

Sustainably Sourced | Hand-Crafted | British Conservas

Sea Sisters’ Cornish sardine fillets are responsibly harvested off the Cornish coast, then hand-prepared and preserved in Two Fields’ award-winning extra virgin olive oil. The result? Tender, flavourful fillets with a smooth, buttery texture, enriched by the fruity, peppery depth of the olive oil. Perfect for eating straight from the tin, flaking into pasta, or serving with sourdough.

Sea Sisters partners with local fishermen and women using low-impact, responsible fishing methods, ensuring the highest quality while protecting marine ecosystems. These sardines are sustainably sourced from Cornish waters, supporting small-scale fisheries that prioritise marine biodiversity and long-term ocean health.

Founded by Charlotte Dawe and Angus Cowen, Sea Sisters works closely with fisheries that prioritise sustainability, ensuring each tin is responsibly sourced. Inspired by the ‘conservas’ tradition of Spain and Portugal, their award-winning tinned seafood is produced using time-honoured techniques at their craft cannery in West Dorset.

These sardines are gently packed in cold-pressed, single-estate extra virgin olive oil from Two Fields, adding a luxurious, peppery smoothness that complements the rich, meaty fish. The infused oil is perfect for drizzling over dishes or dipping with fresh bread.
