These hand-prepared anchovies are made a la Donostiarra - San Sebastián style - with garlic, cayenne pepper and wine vinegar. Packed in olive oil, they’re tender, mildly spiced, and full of flavour without the intense saltiness you might expect.

Each tin holds three premium fillets of bocarte (fresh anchovy) caught and prepared in the Basque Country. The result is a delicately seasoned tapa that’s rich in omega-3 and ready to serve.

Perfect on toast with a drizzle of oil, layered over tomatoes, or served straight from the tin as part of a snack board. These aren’t your usual anchovies - they’re bright, clean and packed with coastal character.
