Great on burgers, bagels, sandwiches—or eaten straight from the jar. These pickles are made in rural Stirlingshire using surplus cucumbers from local farms, with no additives or unnecessary sweetness.

Goat Rodeo Goods was founded by Lucy and Kat. Lucy’s a private chef who cooks over fire and works in field sports. Kat’s a writer and photographer focused on food, farming and traditional skills. They met in the woods in 2023- next to a fire, where Lucy was cooking a whole lamb - and never looked back. Together, they make bold, brilliant pantry goods with serious flavour and a sense of fun.
